-
Managing digital projects
We want to make sure all the digital projects in the council are managed in a consistent way. We are setting up guidance and standards to help council teams choose the right technology and gain the right skills.
-
Improving how we manage citizen records
We are reviewing our approach to managing citizen records. Our goal is to create a more connected view across all council services. This will help us understand and support residents better, while keeping information safe and secure.
-
Working across Wales
We will speak to our colleagues at other Welsh councils to find opportunities to share technology and digital resources. We want to make sure we are getting value for money for all residents and greater collaboration on projects.
