We’re building a digital engagement plan that includes regular feedback loops with our citizens. You’ll have opportunities to:
- Attend focus groups and community workshops
- Submit feedback through surveys and online forms
- Track how your input influences our decisions
Community-led conversations
We’re working with public-facing teams and community partners to better understand the barriers people face when accessing digital services. This includes:
- Web chat pilots in community languages
- Local sessions in Hubs and community centres
- Digital cafes and social clubs for informal engagement
